Please read these terms carefully before using NebulaWhirls.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NebulaWhirls ("the Platform"), operated by NebulaWhirls Entertainment Labs OÜ ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NebulaWhirls. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate access for users who cannot provide it.
3. Nature of the Service
NebulaWhirls is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. All credits on NebulaWhirls are virtual currency with no monetary value whatsoever. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, services, or any other items of real-world value. No purchase is ever required to play. Success within the Platform does not guarantee any real-money reward.
4. Free-to-Play Model
NebulaWhirls is and will always be free to use. We do not accept any form of payment for virtual credits. Any external third-party offering to sell NebulaWhirls credits is not affiliated with us, and any such transaction is at the user's own risk.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Platform
- Impersonate other users or NebulaWhirls staff
- Use automated scripts, bots, or macros to interact with the Platform
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages other users' experience
- Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
6. Intellectual Property
All content on NebulaWhirls, including graphics, sounds, game mechanics, text, and code, is the intellectual property of NebulaWhirls Entertainment Labs OÜ and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
NebulaWhirls Entertainment Labs OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice or liability. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
